22 Platform Shock Shaft and Body Chart
Hello Racers,
We have labelled our new shock shafts and shock bodies with their lengths rather than the vehicle type due to some of the bodies and shafts being used on multiple vehicles. Below is a chart showing which bore length and shaft lengths are required for each vehicle.

TLR Diff Tool has many uses
Recently one of our team drivers, Otto Ausfelt, reached out to us to tell us about another way that he uses his TLR Diff Tool. As we all know, the TLR Diff Tool is nice to use for those quick on the fly diff tuning adjustments but you can also use it to adjust your inner front camber ball stud on your TLR 22-4. See the pictures below.

In order to insert the TLR Diff Tool into the ball cup, Otto use a hole punch to create the hole, which provides access to the 2mm hex on the ball stud.
The ball cup above is the finished product.

Tech Tip – TLR 22-4 (One-Way Clicker Assembly)
Before assembling your new one-way clicker assembly, or if
you are experiencing some binding in the assembly, here is a simple
modification.
Step 1: Take a
Scotch Brite pad and remove the black anodizing from the slipper shaft
(TLR232022) on the clicker side, see figure 1. Once completed, the shaft should
be a metallic color and have a smooth finish, see Figure 2.
Step 2: Using TLR black Grease, place a small amount on the clicker
gear, and gently spread between all teeth, see Figure 3. Note: only a very small amount is needed, as
you just want a small film-like coating layer to prevent the clicker from
binding under load.
Step 3:
Apply a small drop of oil (bearing oil works well) on the slipper shaft and
work-in using your fingers, see Figure 4.
Step 4: Assemble
the clicker assembly, see Figure 5, and if needed remove any excess grease
between the clicker teeth.
Step 5: Complete
and seal your vehicle and enjoy your TLR 22-4!

16mm Spring Rate Chart
Hello Racers!
We've had a few questions about the specifics of the 8IGHT-T 3.0 Spring Rates, so I created a spring chart for all 16mm Spring, including those for the 8IGHT 3.0 and 8IGHT-E 3.0. The chart includes the rate (lb/in), color, part number, and overall length in MM.
