Hello everyone,
This week, I would like to talk about the adjustment that you can do to your front axles on the 22 4.0 and 22 4.0 SR vehicles. Both cars come with adjustable front axles that allow you to make your car wider and narrower, but also along with this it changes the scrub radius (Measurement from the spindle pin to center of the wheel), which changes your overall steering of your car. Narrowing (having both .5mm shims on the inside) makes the car easier to drive off center and widening (having both .5mm shims on the outside) makes the car more aggressive off center and it is more stable at high speed. Having a shim on the inside and the outside is a good starting point for most tracks and TLR has given you the adjustment to make these small changes at the track either way.

New Carpet setup
Hello everyone,
This week I would like to inform everyone that TLR’s Frank Root had a couple of days to test on carpet with his TLR’s 22 4.0 at SCVRC and he came up with an awesome new setup for this surface. I have a great local track here in Florida called The FUZZ at DDH and yesterday I put this setup on my personal TLR 22 4.0 and I did some running, even with not being on the same JConcepts type of tire (Frank on JConcepts swaggers and Pin-downs and myself on JConcepts Octagons). This setup performed excellently!

Rear toe-in pills
Hello everyone,
This week, I would like to talk rear toe-in pills on most newer TLR 1/10th scale vehicles. The rear toe-in pills are marked with a number with an arrow. Both the number and the arrow make a difference in what overall toe-in you have in your car. Below is a guide letting you know what overall toe-in with each pill and its direction.
